Cold-Formed Sheet Piles

Cold-formed sheet piles are steel profiles manufactured by bending flat steel plates into U, Z, or Omega shapes at room temperature. These piles provide a cost-effective alternative to hot-rolled sheet piles, making them ideal for temporary works, shallow retaining walls, cofferdams, and flood protection systems.

While generally lighter and more economical, cold-formed sheet piles offer good structural performance and flexibility in design. They are available in various shapes, thicknesses, and steel grades (e.g., S235, S355) and are often used in combination with corner profiles or connectors. These profiles are commonly used in civil engineering, infrastructure, and environmental projects where moderate load-bearing capacity is sufficient.
